I visited Chicago over the long Labor Day weekend. It's a great city to walk around and take in all the great architecture. I took quite a few photos of various parts of the city and took a quite a few photos.
Since I took so many photos, I'm breaking them down in sections. The first in this series is the Near North area.
Friday night there was a weird storm that came thru the area. Think Wizard of Oz weird. Saturday morning the weather was still gray. I was at Oak Street beach and it was overcast and Lake Michigan tried to suck me in! As you can see, it's not that easy to rid the world of me!
I love this couple. They look like a life size middle age Ken and Barbie at the beach!
